Member Annual Dues

NOTE: The purchase or sale of dinner raffle tickets is no longer a membership requirement. Annual dues $ 300.00.
Rod & Gun Club Annual Dues Jan 1 - Dec 31 (Optional membership) $50.00
National Athletic Club annual dues of $300 or the first installment of
one half dues of $150 are due and payable on 12 Jan 2009 at the first
meeting of the year. Annual dues or the first installment of dues are
delinquent if not paid by 9 Mar 2009 at the third meeting of the year.
The second installment of one half dues of $150.00 are due and payable
on 8 Jun 2009 at the sixth meeting of the year. The second installment
of dues are delinquent if not paid by 20 Jul 2009 at the seventh meeting
of the year. Members delinquent after this date will not be eligible
again for membership until the following January, when they will pay
another initiation fee to join.
Rod & Gun annual dues of $50.00 are due and payable on 5 Jan 2009.
Annual dues are delinquent if not paid by 2 Feb 2009 at the second
meeting of the year. All dues must be paid up to date in order to
participate in Rod & Gun Club hunting or fishing trips.
Separate checks for the dues should be made out to the National Athletic
Club and to the NAC Rod & Gun Club.
Dues may be mailed to the club, placed in an envelope and given to the
bartender during open hours, or paid during the Rod & Gun meetings on
the first Monday of the month, or at the NAC meetings on the second
Monday of the month. Meeting days are postponed one week if they fall on
a holiday weekend.
A membership card will be given to each member showing the dates of
eligible membership and will indicate their membership in the National
Athletic Club and whether they are also members of the Rod & Gun Club.
A National Athletic Club member is eligible to join the Rod & Gun Club
after maintaining their membership in good standing to the first month
of January following their induction into membership.
